In the evaluation / discovery phase, we ask a series of questions that help us understand your current sales and marketing systems (ie. CRM, branding, email marketing, web, sales and marketing enablement, etc). We use our own custom-designed program called TOMI to help determine where you are with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), brand identity and print design, web design and development, and email marketing management.
